COMPANY –  A manufacturer of polymer components as a tier one supplier for the automotive and commercial industries throughout the United States and Mexico. 

PROBLEM – The Company had a history of decreasing sales, losses with negative EBITDA.  Customers started to resource due to their financial troubles.  The ownership issued a WARN Act notice and started to liquidate the business.

RESOLUTION – We stepped in and purchased the operations and assets of the Company. Stabilized sales and profits and started to grow top line revenues.  First year EBITDA went from a negative to a positive $869,000.
