Gallamar Group
Investment Strategy
Gallamar Group acquires and builds middle-market manufacturing and industrial companies where its operating experience adds substantial value.
Investment Philosophy
With acquisition and operating experience dating back to 1988, Gallamar has invested in, acquired, and operated businesses across a variety of industries throughout the United States. The firm seeks companies with strong fundamentals, capable management, and meaningful potential for continued growth - businesses where operating experience, financial discipline, and capital resources can create long-term value.
Gallamar evaluates every business from both an owner’s perspective and an operator’s perspective. The work of ownership is practical: strengthening revenue, improving margins, building management teams, and supporting the disciplines that make a company more efficient, more competitive, and more profitable - while preserving the qualities that made it successful.
The objective is lasting value for employees, customers, owners, and investors.

Ownership under Gallamar is hands-on and disciplined. The firm works with management to set clear strategic priorities, measure performance, strengthen processes, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversight is maintained through board participation and regular communication with senior management - with guidance on the major decisions that shape a company’s future.
Investment Process
Acquiring a company well requires experience across operations, financial analysis, balance sheet structuring, corporate finance, and management development. Gallamar’s process reflects that experience in three phases.
-
Sourcing & Selection
Identifying, screening, and qualifying opportunities against the firm’s criteria. Diligence examines the areas that determine long-term performance - customer concentration and loyalty, vendor relationships, management capability, operational strength, and the durability of the business itself.
-
Transaction Execution
Detailed analysis of the business - industry, products, competitive position, management, sales history, and financial statements - leading to valuation, structure, and terms. Gallamar leads negotiations with sellers, lenders, and advisors, and arranges the debt and equity financing required to close.
-
Ownership Value Creation
Closing is the beginning of Gallamar’s involvement, not the end. The firm remains actively engaged through the ownership transition and beyond - supporting management, monitoring performance, and guiding strategy toward sustainable growth and long term value.
If a business may fit these criteria, Gallamar welcomes the conversation.
